I would like input from users of any of the following three laser
models (and/or any other 60 joule benchtop model) :
NEUTEC PULSEPOINT STUDIO 60
B&D SALES BD 60 PRO
LASERSTAR IWELD 990 60J
I know Neil was using the Neutec. He said the only iffy bit was,
under high power settings, the machine would disengage (for seconds)
to cool down when doing Pt and silver at high power settings. But it
would ultimately weld these materials.
I have used one of the 100J floor models for years. I NEVER came
close to using this machine near it’s maximum power, not even close.
So my feeling is that 60J should work for everything including
silver. But I’d like to hear that testimonial - and about any issues
- from actual users.
