Bad catalogue experience

I’ve been reading the posts about the Gesswein experience, and I
have to tell you that I have been dealing with Gesswein for more than
25 years, and NEVER had a problem, they have always been excellent,
and on occasion gone above and beyond the call of duty for me. I
might suggest that, as has happened in my own business, they had a
bad day, and are now trying to fix that. I still recommend them.
