Isadorn, Perhaps you would be interested in my approach. I bezel set an
oval flourite cabachon and instead of a solid backing I cut the oval shape
to match the cab then cut around the inside about 2mm from the edge. It
turned out very simple and pretty because the transparency of the flourite
allows it to have a different look with every different color of clothing
the lady wears it with. I thought it was a clever idea. Patty in MO.
