Aurum gallery in London NW3 has gone into receivership.
My work was in an exhibition of New Zealand jewellery which opened
on April 14 and was due to run for 6 weeks.
The show’s curtailed and the gallery has closed.
Our agent in London retrieved all the unsold work from the NZ
exhibition and we are told that they are apparently returning to
their other jewellers all sale or return pieces.
But those of you are represented there would be well advised to check
with the gallery owner. Receivers have a way of viewing all
jewellery found there as gallery stock and all moneys owed as
unsecured loans.
