I’ve been invited to be an “artist in residence” at a local center.
They have obtained a grant that will cover a salary and other costs.
This is the first time that they have worked with a grant and I will
be the first invited artist.
I am totally stoked about this opportunity but this is also the
first time I have been involved with this type of situation.
What is typical for getting paid? Upfront, after each session, half
in the middle/half at the end, monthly?
Does anyone have a sample agreement they would be willing to share?
They don’t have one and asked me to come up with one.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
