doesn’t ARTICULATED mean “spoken?”

I’m not William, but I’ll stick my nose in here… :slight_smile:

I’m too lazy to actually check any resources, but articulated
can mean something along the lines of “capable of motion”.
Articulation meaning, in my mind, having motion. Hinges first
come to mind, but little dangly things that swing, or add actual
motion (rather than the suggestion of motion) to a piece can be
considered articulated. Just my layman’s interpretation.
