I have been out of the country for a couple of weeks so therefore I
am a bit behind on this topic. I chase, repousse and smith and had to
see a hand therapist for the vibration issues in my hands and arms.
The solution is really very easy.
"bicycle gloves" they are padded in just the right places and the
fingers are cut off so you have the use of your fingers. the padding
reduces the vibration. And of course you MUST stretch your hands and
rotate your wrists. Exercise is the one thing we forget about when
using our hands.
