I have read the FAQ and archives and learned that the silver could
be heated to dull red, allowed to cool some and then quenched.
Another instruction says heat to red and then allow to air cool.
I’ve tried both but don’t think I’m getting it fully annealed.
The ingot is 45 x 54 x 3.8mm thickness sterling
Anyone able to give me their 2 cents.
