A while ago I asked about alphabet stamps and I just wanted to report
that after Ros (thanks) suggested a really heavy hammer I bought a 2
lb. brass hammer from Rio and it works great - much better than my
rawhide, plastic, or chasing hammers. Also, someone else told me
about a site called
and they have wonderful supplies for stamping. There are product
videos that are helpful and their stamps make very clear, clean
impressions. I recommend them to anyone else who needs stamping
supplies. No affiliation or I would not have needed to ask the group.
