I would like to suggest you guys, that when you mention your website
at your signature file, please consider using the format of
“http://www.mysite.com” rather than “www.mysite.com”, Our archive
creator software would recognize the suggested format as an hyper link
and would create a clickable link from the text, It would only work
for your benefit, getting more traffic when people read the archives
and having a direct link to your site.
Doing it is very simple, just edit your signature file of your email
program, and configure it to send the message as plain text rather
than rich text format or html format.
