Abstracta Displays

Does anyone have a suggestion for improving the appearance of an
Abstracta show display that has seen better days. I have the
gunmetal look that needs an update. Has anyone ever tried to spray
paint the pieces? If so with what kind of paint? M. Kotzen

I spray mine with flat black Krylon. It works for a while, when it
scuffs, I spray it again.

Try Home depot or Lowes or local hardware store for the Texture
paints… Everything from crinkle to leather look or multi color…
There is usually a display in the major chain with sample textures
and color just like paint chip… You find alot of the choice you’ll
have are easily repairable for loading nicks and scatches etc. Easy
to touch up and allows for easy complete change if necessary… And
Not expensive… You find these in the Paint dept. This is what I
have used on my display for four years now… And like I said allows
easy retouching… Some people call it Sponge painting… Don’t know
its official name… You’ll find… If you would like to see what mine
look like Email me and I’ll send you a pic… (put "Display Paint
"in your subject line)
