950 Palladium heating tarnish

All,

Question. I know that some of the 950 Pd alloys out there are
alloyed with Ruthenium. Ruthenium at room temperatures is extremely
unreactive, but supposedly at about 800C, the ruthenium produces
combinations of various oxides. I have read that these Ru-oxides are
very toxic. Is the quantity of Ru in Pd alloys small enough to avoid
any health concerns?

I have worked with Ru myself, too, just wondering.

Thanks.
