I have a used 120 volt bench top melter for sale. It is a Kerr
Automatic Maximelt. I purchased the unit new about 10 years ago. It
still operates perfectly. There is a hole in the lid that lets you
either look at the charge or set up a gas drip. I used an argon drip
in it and did all my melting fluxless. It come with one high grade
Crucible that is still 90 percent.
It has a digital controller. You set the target temp and shut the
lid. When it has reached the target temp is cycles to maintain that
temp until you pick the whole melter up and pour the charge like
coffee. Super simple. I still have the original packing and box for
it and it can easily and safely be dropped in the mail upon receipt
of payment. I am asking $650 plus shipping/insurance.
