My understanding is that you’ll have to sell that through Gemvision
in order for the new owner to get a license. If they buy it directly
from you they will still need to pay Gemvison several thousand
dollars for the license that allows them to get support and upgrades.
It’s an issue of Gemvision wanted to better control their product.
