[4Sale] Gemstone slabs

I have about 30 lbs of gemstone slabs left to me by my father-in-law
and am looking for someone in the Birmingham AL area who can cut
these into useable cabochons. This material was purchased in the 70’s
through 90’s. I would like to find someone who would cut some
cabochons for me in exchange for some of the raw material. Is anyone
interested?

This would seem to be a wonderful opportunity for you to contact a
local rock/lapidary club and take a class in basic cabochon cutting.
Cutting your own cabs is a great introduction to the lapidary world
– c’mon in; the water’s fine!
