It’s definitely possible and I’m very interested.
I have a website which shows several types of eyeglasses I make by hand,
and the nearest image of a completed precious metal frame I have to hand
is at

It’s hand-sawn out of a thick plate of sterling silver. If you can’t easily access the
Web, I could send this web page and image directly to you as an email
attachment.
However a 14k eyeglass frame would look different from this. I’d construct
it differently using fine eyewire around the lenses, and lighter parts
such as the bridge over the nose, the hinges, and the temples.
