10/0 sawblades

I too am interested in one

George from Green Bay

I wrote to Brian at Knew Concepts as I had the SAME problem - the
blade never stayed in and if it did, the tensioner would rattle
loose during sawing, causing slack and a broken blade. Brian was SO
helpful - I now use my saw regularly! I’m so glad I wrote to him and
explained the problem!! Drop him a note- he’ll be glad to help you!!!

I would love my Knew Concepts saw except that when I tighten the
sawblade about half the time it nips the end off the blade and I
can’t use it.

I would love my Knew Concepts saw except that when I tighten the
sawblade about half the time it nips the end off the blade and I
can't use it.

There is a way to adjust for the thickness of the blade so the blade
is centered in the lower blade holder (probably the upper one too).
The saw comes set for a thicker blade. Thinner blades won’t be
centered and can snap when tightened. There is an excellent diagram
to explain this, and instructions on how to make a simple adjustment,
at the bottom of page 3 of the following link.

I see the guillotines are available.

I regularly use 8/0. Never saw 10/0’s anywhere. Are there 9/0’s…:-)…???

Janet in Jerusalem

I have some 9/0 blades but they are probably 30-40 years old.
